Citizens Reach Out is currently conducting The “What Happened?” Project, a series of recorded interviews with Iraqi victims of war. A key part of the project will be editing down a selection of these interviews into podcasts to share with the public.
Our first four-part podcast features M., a mother of two from Baghdad who lived through the invasion of her country and the years of violence and sectarian strife that followed before finally fleeing with her family to Jordan, Egypt, Syria and, finally, the United States.
